We do things a little different.
Located on a working 1400-acre farm in Cantrall, IL, just outside of Springfield, we make beer as sustainably and locally as possible, using ingredients we source from our own backyard. From the hops to the malts, we're growing, picking, and crafting with ingredients that are just steps away from our brewery. We're passionate about bringing you farm-to-table beer, crafting each batch with care and making sure you know where your beer came from.

As a working farm, our brewery and taproom isn't always open to the public, but we don't mind guests. We’re open to individuals and groups by appointment and on Saturdays from 12-5p
